We had a lead on the roof for mor than 12 months now. Since we reached out, we have 5 different people, who came to understand the work that needed to be done. Once we agreed on a day to fix it, the person found out it was a 4-hours long job and not a 1-hour one, which is what he had ben asked to do. He kindly made a quick fix and reported the exact work that should be done, and since then another person came to see what's needed to be done. Thee roof is still not fixed. It's mad to see how unorganized this company is and how much waste of time we're having with them. If you can, go somewhere else!
