        We've been with these vets since before they became Animal Trust (same staff as far as I'm aware), they've always been great. The free consults really take the worry out of "should we get our pet seen, can we afford to spend the money if it turns out it's nothing?" My only nitpick is that our cat is on monthly medication for life, and they've told us they can't do a monthly automatic prescription so we have to request it every month, which is annoying. Also, sometimes there are dogs in the cat waiting area and the reception staff don't ask them to move, which is stressful for when we're bringing a cat in. However, overall a great vets.
