        Popped in today as I am in search of a perfume to wear at my wedding. Ive been in some perfume shops where the assistants dont really engage with you, but the lady in the shop was so friendly and helpful, I could tell she had a genuine passion for perfume and she made some good recommendations for me!

        My experience in store when ordering the 12 subscription was lovely. The sales person was friendly and helpful. The customer service I received days later through email was appalling. They must have taken my email down wrong because I received no correspondence and my order hadn't arrived. Apparently it had been delivered to a neighbour, as I had no emails from them I had no idea it was even coming! They then suggested I search for it myself after proving I didn't live at the pictured address. Now I haven't got my order I'm 12 down and completely against ever shopping there again, I suggest if you do make sure your sorted in store cause you don't wanna have to speak to their "customer service" team!
