        I was served by Lisa today who helped me to get 2 silver necklaces for my neices for Eid. Lisa was very friendly, down to earth and understood what I had in mind. I cant fault the staff in here as theyve always shown good customer service and care so props to the staff at H. Samuels in Ashton, keep up the good work!

        Bought new watch after damaging my watch at work. Staff did not help setup new watch when Bought. Not able to setup time and date on new digital watch. Returned two hours later for full refund. Very poor initial level of service. Returns process was very good.
