I got referred here for some back problems I was having. My experience with James was fantastic. I learnt so much in 3 sessions in order on how to look after my back moving forward and have clearly defined reccomendations to ensure this injury/strain doesn't flare up again. I would highly reccomend.

Went to appointment with Liz, I have syatica Explained all symptoms, but didnt really tell me anything I didnt already know. Liz gave me 3 exercises some of which I have already tried, I would have expected some kind of massage but no that was it, felt like I waisted my time and money

Nick has treated me on a number of occasions for various injuries & ailments over the past 10+ years. Friendly & professional treatment / advice enabling you to quickly return to your normal activities. Highly recommended.

I went here reluctantly after my husband made me an appointment. I have had back problems for years and had just accepted that my back always hurts. Nick makes me feel really comfortable and relaxed, he automatically finds the areas that need attention and does magic! It sounds like somebody is eating monster munch when he cracks my back but he has never once hurt me, I have had massages in the past and I've seen physiotherapists but none that are as good. I actually brag that I'm not in pain! My movement and posture have improved so much. I hope to be doing cartwheels after a few more sessions! His beautiful wife Jane on reception is a lovely welcoming face and I was immediately at ease. Very, very clean too.
