Excellent service! These guys know how to properly valet/detail cars and only use genuine top quality Autoglym products which is why we use them for all our vehicles. Don't confuse these guys with your poor quality car washes. Poor wash had to rewash. Impolite service. Harsh chemicals damaged my trim.

Absolute rubbish. I used to come here to wash my car and eventually needed 2 front tyres changed so thought I would give them a try. They didn't seem all too enthusiastic about showing me tyres in stock and it was evident they were annoyed to have to serve me. Nonetheless, I didn't come here to get pampered- I just wanted two tyres fitted so I could be on my way. I was quoted 60 for two partworn tyres with approx 4mm tread. I got them fitted and took the car away and noticed one tyre had gone flat in 3 hrs (3psi) so I pumped it up and the same happened again. I then noticed the tyre was the WRONG SIZE. I took it back and the lad who fitted them was extremely rude and did not want to admit to his mistake. I couldn't believe a tyre shop (West end TYRES) sold and fitted a tyre that went flat in a few hours and didnt realise they were the WRONG SIZE until I pointed it out to them. I wasn't happy with the service so I asked for my old tyres back only to be lied to saying the old tyres had been taken away by "the van" that morning. I could see my old tyres stacked outside with the rest of the old tyres but at this point I had enough and didn't want to argue. I told them I wanted it replacing and I'd be on my way so did just that. Hands down the worst service I've ever gotten from any establishment. After speaking to others they also agree that they're frauds. Wish I took advice beforehand. I also found another local garage who could have given a much better deal on a better pair of tyres (50). Conclusion- AVOID.
