Dont buy from this shop! I brought a branded electric cooker but the oven didnt work. They replaced it with an unbranded cheap cooker and tried to fob me off. After pointing out their corrupt behaviour, they said theyll fix the cooker. They delivered the original after claiming they fixed it but hardly a little time had passed, the ovens not working. The owners son Usman is dishonest. Please save yourself from heartache and dont do business with this shambles of a company. They should be reported to the trading standards for their dishonesty and lies.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!! Would give 0 stars if it was possible. Bought a freezer just for it to stop working completely not even 2 months after, got in touch with the person I arranged the sale through and was advised to unplug for 24 hours etc and that if it didn't work still a replacement would be arranged. He then went back on his word and refused a replacement. Called into the shop and spoke to another gentleman who was lovely and offered to replace straight away no problem. This one has now also stopped working and again I contacted the number for the shop which is the original person I first dealt with and has once again refused a replacement or refund. Not only that he was very rude and nasty on the phone. I tried explaining the consumer rights act and what it entails just to be spoke to like dirt and him stating he didn't know what it is. Very unprofessional and selling dodgy and faulty goods. Will now have to take this further when it could have just been resolved the decent and correct way. Wish I'd have stayed away.
