        Ordered double glazed window for our shop. Dealt with Nathan on the Trade Counter, who was excellent and went above and beyond the usual customer service. Window was very well made and arrived with no problems. Fast delivery and would highly recommend.

        Worked here for an agency called Head Start Personnel, found out today that my hours havent been sent over so I wont be getting paid this week, next week instead which is an absolute joke. Told that there was issues with their system or some rubbish. When I was told that my hours would be sent over at the end of the day. Absolutely unacceptable that they wasnt even going to tell me this. Shocking place, shocking agency, that thinks its acceptable to be playing about with peoples wages when people need money to live on and pay bills. Dont recommend this place or Head Start Personnel Agency at all.

        Premium product with a premium price but bog standard customer service. Very quick to take your money and do not care in the slightest afterwards. There are other Residence manufacturers out there I would strongly recommend you find one of those. Dekko Windows tarnish the Residence brand.
