Where do I start?? You turn up to an appointment with god knows how many security men who stand about doing nothing! Along with an obscene amount of so called work coaches who when you get down to it dont have a clue how to help you get back into employment. You have a problem and told to call someone externally or write on your journal. Majority of the time youre passed from one person to another who clearly have no intention of helping or skirt around the edges resulting in you giving up as not one of them can give you an answer or the advice you are looking for. They treat everyone as a whole instead of individual circumstances and expect everyone to bow down to them or its a sanction. Good luck to anyone who needs help from this service as youre gong to need it.
