The day of my father's funeral had been the one I had been dreading. I really didn't know how I was going to cope. The best choice I therefore made was to choose Jason. The service he provided was of course attentive and profesional but most importantly it was also caring, gentle and personal. He was also always available with advice and support as I put the service together. Thank you Jason, Sarah and Phil.

Jason & Sarah & Family. Thank you so much for organising Dads funeral. From the advice when I first found out he was on end of life care.... where you advised me to treasure the time I had left with him, to being there promptly to respectfully collect him from the care home. Then talking me through every step when my mind was in a daze because of grief.... and patiently talking me through the same things again when I forgot! The funeral itself was perfect - It all ran smoothly & flowed well - having you do the actual service was the best decision - you did a brilliant job! Thank you to Sarah for going the extra mile to make sure the family in Australia could real-time view. And then at the end - even the scatter box which depicts the dream scene in my mind where Id love to live in the future - and although you didnt know that - it was yet another thing that made the whole process that bit easier for me cope with. So thank you to all involved from the bottom of my heart for taking the pressure away during a very difficult time.
