The best dentist surgery I've ever used from the professional and welcoming front of house staff to the excellent and attentive treatment from Memma and her team. First class service every time for both myself and my 3 year old son.

Avoid this place like the plague. I was an NHS patient here in 2020. Felt very judged when I admitted to the dentist that I was on a really tight budget at the time, I needed a number of fillings and went into debt to pay the money over. She claimed she "didn't know if my teeth could even hold fillings, so would need to put temporary fillings in first" (truth is that she put temporary fillings in because once they would need replacing, I'd have to pay the amount out again so she gets double the money out if me) it's 3 years later and those temporary fillings have only now started to fail, amazing for teeth so fragile that she didnt know if they could even hold fillings.... eye roll here! I've left this practice because if she had just put the permanent fillings in rather than trying to get more money out of me, I wouldn't be in the situation I'm in now. The nurses were great but the dentist had a terrible bedside manner. I was supposed to have another appointment that I'd already paid out 30 for when lockdown happened, so they've had that money off me too. I've never felt so judged and scammed as this place made me feel. Shame because nurses and receptionist were lovely but the dentist leaves a LOT to be desired.

I've been a patient here for yrs. Very clean professional practice. Reception girls are friendly . They phone you the day before to remind you of appointment. My dentist is amazing very patient with me as I'm a nervous patient .
