        Nigel at the sorting office delivered a parcel to me today that had my name and postcode but completely random address that was not mine, but because he recognized the name add postcode he knew right away it was mine. Thank you Royal Mail Ashton you are amazing people always working despite the weather or conditions. Five star from me and Nigel you are a superstar x

        Went to collect a parcel after work on Monday to find closes at 12, fair enough I'll try again tomorrow when they are open later, arrive the next day, hand written stickers placed on opening hours, now closing at 12 everyday.... pathetic
