Since the merger/takeover the level of service has gone down for sure. You often wait weeks or months for a repair or it somehow gets lost in the system. When it was new charter they had hubs you could go in to track repairs or report them but they shut down before this merger into jigsaw. Repairs were done quicker too. Now it's hard to get through on the phones. And if you have nuisance neighbours forget asking for help and reporting them as jigsaw always take the side of the perpetrator. I don't think they like to make the effort to do some grafting away from the offices like getting out there in the community investigating and confronting the perpetrators, doing the paperwork and it costs them money to send people to court. So the easy way out is they'd rather have decent people suffer. Any wonder this country is now in the state it's in.
