As others have said. Very unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with. The staff can not follow instructions, can not listen nor read instructions that they must follow when a customer points out their wrong doing. How this store is still linked with a distribution service I'll never know. Maybe it's because said service is impossible to complain to. They should stick to selling cheap gear at expensive prices.....that's a guess btw, as I didn't even bother to look around as I couldn't shut the guy up from his complaining about how evri treat him so badly etc etc etc. He should follow their procedures then and not try to re use old packaging. They get paid (for every package they process) to provide packageless item delivery. They are also supposed to provide new packaging and lables in store, this guy is profiting from re-using old packaging. Had it been anything more than a sink waste plugg i'd have gone elsewhere. When I turned to walk out at one point, that's when he changed his mind. From the sounds of some other reviews from seen since visiting. Bit of a con artist....If you do have to use his store, make sure you get a tracking ID from him, again he seemed reluctant to provide one. Awful place to be in, I'll never go back in there again.

Really lack profession or knowledge esp regarding the hermes pick ups and drop offs not helpful in regards 2 printing labels altho says available in shop, dosent open on the times specified and dosent open at all on a sunday!! Sloppy unreliable and not helpful at all no communication skills .

Staff really unhelpful with Hermes drop off point they told me that my goods were not there I had to contact Hermes for photo Id to resolve this issue will never use this store again for any postal services.

Make sure you check the dates on your purchases. Just bought a bottle of milk thats is 3 days out of date
