We recently found a leak in our orangery and contacted Truly Conservatory Repairs to help rectify the issue. We were asked to send a few photographs of the orangery and the affected area. After a follow up phone call an engineer visited our house and, after an inspection, rectified the issue. A very professional company which I would highly recommend. I rarely write reviews but credit where it is due. Thank you to Peter and the team.

I am surprised at the good reviews they have. I sent photos to Peter by E Mail but when the engineer arrived he had no idea about these photos and he mentioned that Peter is not in the office that day. He had a look and said it is an old conservatory and he can not do anything about it and that we have to change the whole roof, when I asked him to go on the ladder and push any slipped panels he did but was very reluctant to do so. Now the roof is leaking in 3 different sites not only one as before. When it came to payment surprise surprise Peter was in the office to take the payment !! I do not recommend these guys.

excellent company. If you are looking for a repair or a new product I can not rate this company high enough. I only have 5 stars to use but would have filled as many as possible. look no further give them a call. excellent service and excellent value.
