Filthy countertop, filthy toilets. Health issue! I had the worst bitter dark looking cappucino i have ever imagined. That couldnt have changed their filter in days.

Came in today and I asked what's the password for your WiFi really rude assistant said abruptly you have to sign in she didn't say you need to create a password and then she was moaning about it to another assistant plus I wear hearing aids and didn't here her the first time she needs to go on a customer care course it was to much trouble for her to say you need to sign in and create a password really obnoxious member of staff plus she had only just started
