I recently went to Now Car Credit and had a chat and they was asking what car I wanted and everything and have to say they delivered and did much more than that, they went above and beyond to get the car I really wanted they was very professional and very polite and sorted me out with the car I was looking for! Nice and easy, no stress at all on my end! Would recommend to anyone!!

As a first time buyer of a car, I was naturally nervous, apprehensive and weary. Now Car Credit presented a 116i which met all my niche, and unique requirements. Ryan ensured that the car was throughly checked over, and issues resolved before handing the car over to me. This reflected his honesty and integrity in ensuring that I had the best possible customer experience. This included having the car examined by a BMW specialist, having the car serviced with a full MOT, and resolving any queries I had promptly. The 6 month warranty which was included further provides a piece of mind. Ryan remained in touch throughout the buying process ; and still remains in touch to ensure everything is running smoothly. It can be a challenging process when parting with a large sum of money to buy a car. However, Ryans integrity, care , and genuine nature, along with his colleague, Martins customer service skills made the process feel less intimidating.
