        Rude staff and not happy to help in anyway, went there to get statement of account stamped only to be told a whole bank dont have a stamp and not even trying to help in anyway

        What is the point of a high street bank with opening time outside of the working day. Ive not visited a branch for a promptly 10 years but now how to and show a peice of paper (again not used a paper document for years) Just seems a pointless system. Nationwide are very outdated and behind the times. My main bank is fully online, why cant nationwide get with the times and at least be able to interact with the 21st century. Once Ive completed this transaction Ill be closing the account.

        Great staff and service! Phoned yesterday to talk about opening an account for my two daughters, was invited to visit the branch this morning (Saturday) no appointment necessary. We had opened the two accounts within 20 minutes. Thank you Becky!
