I had a appointment at this shop in Ashton under lyne at 2pm I arrived 5 minutes earlier to be let in I was left on my own for 20 when I met the lady I had a appointment with I found her unprofessional no apology was more interested in my son than she was helping me she found me 3 dresses to try on which wasn't what I was looking for and everytime she passed me a dress she walked away no help nothing I left the shop and went to wed2b in Manchester where the staff was amazing and helped in every way I bought my dress there and then

The ladies in this store have just helped my find my dream dress, I had a rough idea of what I wanted and the styles I liked and they helped guide me in the right direction and offered ideas and alternatives at my pace. I think I could have tried all the dresses on in the shop and nothing was too much effort. They have a really good variety of styles as well as all the accessories you could dream of. Such a lovely experience

Over the moon with the experience this afternoon. The staff are fantastic at what they do. I felt so listened to and Angie completely understood my likes and dislikes; and instantly related to the adjustments I was trying to explain. Very comfortable atmosphere.
