I haven't been to a TGI's for about a decade but I will never be returning again, if I was to describe the food, experience, everything in one word, that word would be SAD. Food SAD, atmosphere SAD, staff SAD. There were about 4 tables taken total when we were there but the staff were still very slow and seemed like they couldn't be arsed which was confirmed when one waiter came in and proclaimed "I can't be arsed today" . Could have sat us anywhere but decided we deserved the most uneven and wobbly table ever. The food was bland and not very appetising which is probably due to the two teenage chefs they had on at the time, I have never tasted such unseasoned meat in my life and the other halfs chicken was just as bad.

Disappointing. I have visited this place 3 times and all 3 times its been terrible service. I try to give benefit of doubt but not this time. Food was cold. Waited a long time for it so no wonder it was cold. Its very over priced. Also had to keep disturbing the staffs convocations so we could be served. The most annoying bit was a server walking around calling his colleague a disgusting word that shocked me. There were children on site too listening to this word. Will not be returning!
