        Rose of Sharon Care are a very proffessional company, they treat their staff and care for their service users with respect, they ensure that training needs are met and are very thorough with their induction, I was very pleased to be part of their team. Rose of sharon Care Coordinator Natasha is very effective team leader, Gary and Karren are good role models. Their Admin team is phenomenal.

        This company does not follow the correct employment process,a lack of communication throughout!. They need to review training process, I actually drove there staff around on my training. I was not told about business insurance. Please approach with caution. Or contact ACASS about employment right before touching
