For a start, getting into the shop is a nightmare; the front door is always shut with a sign saying use the rear door. The way into the rear door is a wet, uneven surface hidden beside a medical outlet car park. The range of school uniforms is wide but the stock is small; you'll find you need to go back a number of times to get everything. Unfortunately, they don't do refunds, so if you've bought a jumper and it doesn't fit and they don't have any more you get either store credit or get to own a jumper that doesn't fit. It's an old fashioned curio that is lacking the essential 'quaint' element that is needed to make it work.

Called in today and were greeted by the most pleasant of staff. Let us look around without hassle and when we did choose they were most helpful. The young lady on gent's shirts talked us through unwrapping several different styles and colours no problem.. Purchased 4 shirts and pair of trousers. Will definitely call again Plenty of offers. Been sometime since visiting but will definitely call again.

Absolutely disgusting service should have been open at 10.00am waited till 10.35 still not open. Been trying to get my daughters p.e kit since September . Do no have any stock available. They do not answer the phone. You cannot place an order with them. They keep saying either phone tomorrow or come in store. How can you do that if their not open when there suppose to or even if they are open no one answers the phone.
