        First time seeing Rob today, he was very welcoming and professional. He used different techniques to loosen up my lower back along with some stretches. Also gave me some stretches to work on at home. My back already feels allot better just from the one session. I would highly recommend him!

        I was fortunate to find Rob after struggling with a chronic knee injury for 18 months, during which I'd already worked with three other professionals. A couple of months after starting our workout regime I noticed improvements and 6 months on I'm pain free! Rob is a kind, thoughtful and highly knowledgeable trainer and I can't recommend him highly enough.
