CLIP Management

Absolutely recommended! I urgently needed assistance when to my shock one morning I saw a rat running through my kitchen. I called CLIP management and they immidiately visited my place and after first inspection identified that there was a huge amount of rat excreta underneath the bath, in the bathroom ceiling void and kitchen area. Further investigation revealed that the rats must have entered through a whole in the piping and a large hole at the water inlet end. They immediately created an action plan, carried out proofing work which included wire mesh, wire wool, rodent seal and sealant. With an endoscope snake camera they inspected all affected voids, deployed traps and bait trays. Follow-up visits made sure that the problem was 100% solved. During the whole process they made sure that I knew what was going on, explained the procedures and were available by phone - even outside normal hours - whenever I had concerns or questions. After the work was completed I received a detailed report about everything that was carried out. Happy to say that Im rat-free as all possible entry points were fixed. They do follow-up visits to make sure rodents caught are removed and also to remove any traps and bait trays left behind. Their whole work gave some vital information to a bulider that I hired to do some structural improvements like the hole in the wall and for my bathroom and kitchen renovation. I cant thank them enough and wouldnt hire any other company if I (hopefully never) have a problem like that again!!
