        Wont refund returned goods even though the tracking shows delivered because they have lost it at their end. Totally incompetent. Trust Pilot shows customers with similar issues.

        Took them over 6 months to refund a purchase I made that was never even sent to me. After waiting over two weeks for shoes to arrive after I purchased decided to cancel the order. Really disappointed as I really like the store but its ridiculous having to wait that amount of time for something you never recieved
