Cubitts - Coal Drops Yard

I have been coming to Cubitts for the past year and can't express how easy the team makes my experience every time. Recently, I came in with my elderly dad and upon collecting, he is so happy with his new glasses. I would like to specifically mention Florence, Caroline and Cos as they have always been attentive and friendly. I hope they get the recognition they deserve. Thank you for being such a great team!

Went into the shop and they were opened exactly at 10am, as advertised. Florence was so helpful and polite. She had a look at my frame and within a couple of minutes, adjusted it to perfection. An excellent combo of technical skills and people skills. I'm left without a doubt that this is the place to go to for glasses, if u want to be looked after well!

The service at the Coal Drops store was great! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Also the suggestions they made to the size of the prescription frames I should choose were spot on. I wanted to go for the large one but they suggested I better go for the medium one for a better fit based on my face features and my small nose. Also the frames were sent out quite fast and are of great quality. Lastly the price was great too. Definitely value for money.
