Highly unprofessional, failed to do the basics of letting out a flat that is not up to specifications including a false EPC registry. There are plenty of managed services and letting agencies in London that are quality - unfortunately Berkshire Hathaway in London has fallen off a cliff when it comes to quality and service. Terrible service "managers" who don't understand the level of customer service that the BH name carries in other jurisdictions. Avoid at all costs.

I dont normally write reviews (and this one is a bit late) but I just wanted to say how wonderful Gracie was in selling my flat in Kings Cross at the end of last year. It was completed in Dec 22 but sale was agreed at the end of May, 10 days after being put on the market - itself an achievement. Gracie exudes confidence but is very calm with it. The sale was quite complex due to leases/ share of freehold and the buyers had quite particular solicitors. Through it all Gracie was a calm and reassuring presence, clearly she has seen most of it before and knows how to read people and situations well. Complete frankness and honesty as well. It was a pleasure to deal with her at Berkshire Hathaway. Martin

Our property sale was very protracted by the buyer but we got there in the end, not least because of Gracie standing by us all the way and helping put in place some extra incentives to get the buyer over the line.

Terrible agency with a revolving door of staff that fail to do the basic requirements of any agency. For starters, their apartments are in horrendous shape and they don't really care about the quality of the flats they let out. If you have any repair or maintenance issues, just forget about it because they will take months to resolve an issue (if they ever do). They are horrible at communicating with landlords. Tenants are left with paying for repairs themselves. They will bully you into thinking that you deserve not even the most basic requirements (lighting or heating not working? not their problem). They are unprofessional and disgusting to work with. Their entire M.O. is trying to swindle tenants and keep their landlords clueless about how poorly they are mismanaging their flats. Think twice before you sign on to your next flat. I wish I had.

From the start, Alex succeeded in finding me several outstanding options when no other agent could, a testament to the great care and attention to detail he provides for his clients. His professional, friendly approach made searching for a property in London a stress-free pleasure, and along the way he always made sure that my property hunt was personalised so that it met all my needs.
