        Great Chanel products but awful customer service. Went to buy a new perfume and the SA was dismissive and unhelpful. She didn't fully ask what I was after, sprayed a heap of perfumes before properly asking what I was after so I just ended up not being overwhelmed with scents and not being able to smell anything properly, and was generally pretty unhelpful (didn't bother to explain what was in different perfumes or listen to what I was looking for). Not the service I'm used to at other Chanel boutiques.

        I am only writing this review to thank Naomi for her great service and assistance! I was very confused on buying a gift, she helped me a lot and suggested many options to me. She even made me try all the fragrances to make sure what my choice was. She wrapped the gift very professionally and was very friendly and helpful! I would definitely go there again! And the store smells amazing!!
