The first delivery of the Art Pass never came, so after a phone call a delivery of a new Pass was arranged with an additional month to compensate for the month that the missing card had prevented us from making use of. Once the second card finally arrived, the extended date was not on it, and the type of card was incorrect. An additional month was requested again to compensate another missing month of usability, but was then told no as I 'could always have used the email receipt'. Having checked my emails and all the FAQs and the Terms and Conditions it says the Art Pass is only usable with the card and nowhere does it say I could have done this. As a result, so much time has been wasted waiting for a card when apparently I could have been using the benefits all along. Feeling pretty mugged off.
