the company have been trying to take payments from me for months even after I have emailed and called and tried to contact about the fact I do not live there and I need to cancel my account. they will not get back to me in any way and are still trying to take payments alongside telling me I never paid to set up my account which I did do?! They may be great if you do not have a guarantor but god please find somewhere else to sign up not here

(November 2022) I have never had such an issue with anything before. I cancelled my application because my tenancy ended months ago and I still get charged every month. I have request a refund on all of my payments I have made after cancelling my application and nothing has happened. Ive emailed them multiple times and no response. Honestly, just dont use this company. They are the worst. (May 2022) Okay so just a quick update. I eventually got through to a nice woman and she explained everything that had happened and helped me cancel my application so I would stop getting charged. But on my refund requests, it said it would take about a month for the refund to come through but it took about 3 months. However, I did get a full refund on all of my payments made after my tenancy had ended. Still not worth the hassle though and Id suggest going elsewhere for a guarantor.

I highly recommend Housing Hand Ltd. The process was easy, straightforward and they have a very efficient support team to provide assistance with the application. I submitted the necessary documents and I was told to submit additional documents which I was able to do. I also sincerely appreciate Sue. She is kind, understanding and showed empathy throughout the process. She acted very quickly and she definitely knows how to help people. If it was in my power Id give her a raise or bonus.
