        I went in to the Kings Cross branch today and had a wonderful experience with Cecile (I hope I speak that right) she was professional and helpful and knowledgeable about all the SB products she was able to offer recommendations about the clothes. Fabulous customer service.

        The clothing might seem lovely but after a few washes they are bobbly and unwearable.

        I popped into this store on Tuesday whilst I had some time to kill and was greeted by the kindest staff members. I said I had a few hours and would love to go for a yoga class and they helped me pick a class in the area and even let me book it in store with their help. I then bought the nicest jumper. I remember the young lady saying that she wasnt from the Kings Cross store and was from the Kensington area but if you could pass on my thanks I would be very grateful she was so kind and made my day very tall with dark hair.
