Customer service is really poor. This was my first time having made a purchase with LK Bennet but it will definitely be the last after how my return was handled in the shop. Real shame that a high end brand doesnt have the exceptional customer service you would expect for such a label.

The shop assistant went to great lengths to assist me in buying my trousers which were available in another store. Very exceptional service from the tanned woman with a middle parting.

I ordered a dress from them. I had to send it back because it was too small. I went to the Saint Pancras shop and they told me how to return a web order. I have been doing this for more than 17 days and I have no news yet the mail tracking shows that the return of my dress has been received by them. No one answers my various emails. No refund either. 11.05.22 I tried again today to contact them by phone and email. No one is answering me. I have returned a dress worth 449 LK Benett are not refunding me despite my various complaints since 27th April! Pippa in customer service does not answer my emails either. I strongly advise against web ordering as the after sales service is nil. I have all the evidence that they have received my dress. My advice is to stay away from this company.
