I was looking for a charger on Friday at 7:30 pm. Because I wasn't sure what fits my phone and because it wasn't visible from the box I have opened a box to check. A black security guy started discriminating me because of the way that I look or present myself. He started telling me 'never do that again, never do that again', 'go away from here'. I was humiliated and the guy needs to be fired from the store. I will be placing an official complaint about this black security guard who treated me like rubbish and who humiliated me. I wanted to buy it. Behavioural and complaint based on discrimination is coming your Way Mr Black security guy who worked there on Friday at 7.30 pm . Shame. Bad security man, bad shop.

They are thieves, don't buy from them! Bought a pack of cigarettes & a lighter there, and then found out they'd charged me 28 pounds! This is ridiculous & you should expect a rancor. Shame on you!

I was refused to return some headphones. The answer it was " for what? Sorry you can return it". Yesterday buy form waterloo station in perfect condition with receipt. Some to not be the same company.

I agree with most of the reviewers below. They take advantage as someone who travels a lot in airports and train stations by inflating prices. Go to Tesco (a short walk away and pay a lot less). WHSmith also has such a limited choice at this branch. I don't see the point? I only stopped to get a chocolate as I was in a rush but most of the chocolates were in double extra size. I just wanted a normal size chocolate. I left it in the end as the line to pay as per usual was 10 miles long moving at a snails pace. What makes me laugh is the owner is reading and commenting on the mainly negative reviews (hence the average 2.7 stars on google average) but nothing is done! More negative reviews. Shows they don't care or need better management.
