        Delighted with my necklace. I was notified when it was back in stock. I made a genuine mistake when ordering on line and customer service were helpful to rectify this for me( much appreciated Nora) and I was thrilled when my beautiful necklace arrived the next day.

        Originally purchased a bracelet from a large online retailer. Was disappointed when it arrived and after a couple of days the clasp broke. Sent it back for a refund (had to allow 10-15 days which I can only assume means they have to deal with a lot of returns). Was wary of buying online again but living in rural Norfolk had no alternative. By chance I came across MM and was very impressed with their ethics and the excellent reviews. I ordered the bracelet which arrived the following day and the look and quality of it was far superior than my previous purchase and 50 less. Well done MM team.
