        Ordered some trousers online to collect here. They hadn't arrived when I passed through on my way home. I asked them to return them when they arrived because I wouldn't be through for a while. Two months later and despite multiple emails to Whistles, no return and no refund. Terrible place: do not shop here, they happily take your money for nothing!

        The Lorna wool coat I bought for 300 in October was pilling within 4 months. Even though I don't wear it more than 1-2 days a week. It's a disappointment to get such low quality product at this price.

        These stars are only for a French lady from Bordeaux who is incredibly nice and helpful unlike her other 2 colleagues. Also note that theyve been closing at 6pm instead of whats shown on Google.
