It seems like a nice idea. However, you realize the major problems with Virtuo when you encounter one of your own. I tried to book a car for the weekend, and I kept encountering an error at payment. The error only displayed the classic exclamation mark and no details. I know its not on my banks side. And unfortunately, Virtuo provides no number to call with problems. And its documentation is completely useless here. If this is the help upfront, I cant imagine what Id do if I encountered a problem on the road.

I have used Virtuo for a couple of years and have been very impressed. However the car at the weekend was delivered 90 minutes late and I wasnt told where the car was until I repeatedky called them making me stresses for my late arrival at my cousins wedding. The customer service when things go wrong is terrible

Terrible service. Never using them again. We followed all the introductions, and our booking was cancelled by Virtuo a few hours before pickup. Even though we sent all the docs and info several times, they couldn't verify the ID. And the communication was useless. It was always: do this one more thing cause you're almost done. No actual information on what was going wrong and why they needed the same thing over and over again. Extremely time consuming and frustrating, and ultimately pointless.

Sonst kann ich nichts negatives berichten. Schnes Auto, wie im Vorfeld gebucht. Preis-Leistungsverhltnis top. Handy mit der Virtuo App zwingend notwendig, sonst geht gar nichts. Jederzeit wieder!
