I recently had the pleasure of visiting the St. Pancras Spa and I have to say, it was an incredible experience from start to finish! From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the serene atmosphere and the friendly welcome from the staff. The spa facilities themselves were top-notch. The heated pool was a particular highlight for me, and I spent hours relaxing and unwinding in the warm water. The sauna and steam room were also fantastic, and left me feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. But what really set this spa apart for me was the quality of the treatments. I opted for a full body massage and it was truly one of the best I've ever had. The therapist was highly skilled and attentive, and I left feeling like a new person. Overall, I can't recommend the St. Pancras Spa highly enough. Whether you're looking for a relaxing day of pampering or simply want to unwind after a busy week, this is the perfect place to do it. The staff are friendly, the facilities are top-notch, and the treatments are out of this world. 5 stars!

It was quite disappointing for the price. Lift out of order, had to go through a grimy corridor, actual spa very basic. We booked a couples massage, but they put us in separate rooms at the last minute, and my masseuse announced she had tonsillitis. Great. Lunch was also very basic, and burger was (not intentionally) rare. I think it couldve all been much better given the price.

A lovely friend bought me a voucher for an 'arrive and revive' package...a full body scrub and facial. I agree that it was quite hard to book this as I couldn't work out how to use the voucher online and no-one answers the phone! Eventually I booked via email. The spa itself is quite small but I did enjoy the pool, steam room and jacuzzi before my treatment and it was warm, relaxing and not too busy. I wanted to highlight how fantastic my therapist was. Her name was Judith, and she was so kind, thoughtful, and personable as well as being an excellent therapist. I sometimes find massages and facials awkward, but she made me feel very relaxed and comfortable.

I was gifted an aromatherapy massage and facial at St Pancras Spa and it was amazing! Before my treatments I arrived early to enjoy the Spa. Im personally not a huge fan of steam or sauna but the pool and jacuzzi were great. So lovely and warm, peaceful and really easy to unwind. Its kind of hard to believe youre in the epicentre of the bustling Kings across. Mary, who did my treatments, was a dream. I was welcomed with an array of aromatherapy scents to choose from and some lovely peppermint tea. The massage was unreal, so relaxing, perfect pressure and got rid of some really horrible knots! Similarly the facial, which included a head and neck massage was really wonderful - my skin looked and felt amazing straight after, which usually never happens to me. I would come back again, just to be seen by Mary. Ive had quite a lot of massages and facials in my time and this was one of the best. Certainly the best Ive had in London! After you get to go in a relaxation room to have some tea, snacks and just feel zen before you have to tackle the world again. Really recommend.
