        First, I was told there was no room available even though I had prepaid with a no cancellation policy. Then, I was given a cheaper room and only offered the option of an evoucher in compensation. Finally, after the most uncomfortable night ever (including a night on a station platform), I found the bed frame is broken and, to top it off, the shower control had unexplained gunge on it. Unsurprisingly, I have woken up with bad backache. I now have to phone customer services for any sort of a refund. I can't recommend strongly enough that you do not book this hotel.
