Best gym ever! After what feels like years of searching, I've finally found the holy grail: chill vibes, beautiful space, and incredible workouts. The staff is delightful and friendly every time I walk through the door, and same goes for the instructors. Really love to see that they always take into account your personal skill level / whether you're dealing with any injuries, etc., and they'll always make sure you get a good sweat on. Just found them a few weeks ago, but I'm already totally addicted. Foretitude, and Strength & Conditioning are my faves!

This is one of the best studio in London ! The trainers are experts, they take an interest in you, and push you above & beyond. Since I joined the studio a year ago, I learned how to combine body conditioning & well-being and I couldnt imagine getting result with TRX technique. The place is lovely, very clean with great atmosphere. Such a family vibe as soon as you walk in the doors. I highly recommend to visit & meet this awesome team. Nathalie

One of my favourite workout studios. Love that both TRX and skill mills are lower impact than similar competitor workouts, and the pace and results of their classes are perfect. Also love the TRX yoga (noga) for a different approach to a standard flow. It still flows like a yoga class but leaves time to experiment (trx is great for practicing hand standing and inversions) and always leave feeling relaxed but challenged. All of this is not to mention how great the trainers are! 10/10 people and classes
