The service is poor. All I want to do is to return the card terminal. I spoke to a customer service and they were supposed to arrange a courier pick up 3 month ago!! The package was never picked up by the courier. I have now been trying to contact the customer support for the last 3 months. I have emailed 3 people in Fidelipayment who have previously sent me emails and there is no answer. I sent an email to the general support email, still no answer. My emails are being completely ignored. It's impossible to speak to anyone on the phone either. We are still paying for the card terminal which we don't use and there is no way of contacting anyone in Fidelipayments. It's very frustrating because we have been using Fidelipay for years.
