I called them to remind them that my young child has been on their NHS waiting list for 2 years. So they finally gave me an appointment. Which they cancelled 3 hours before appointment on the grounds that 'the dentist has had to attend an emergency' (private paying patient) the secretary said. They rearranged the appointment for the following week, which they again cancelled 2 hours before the appointment was due, for the same reasons ' the dentist was called out on an emergency ' said same secretary. We then walked past the dentist around the time of our appointment and saw that actually the dentist had not been called away, he was actually in the practice treating private full paying patients. Profits over people! Will definitely be using another practice

Dont use, do not recommend. They have moved across the road now. He wastes your time and ruins your teeth. Sorry I cant give a better review. Profit over permanent results to the clients (be them NHS or private) He is one of the dentists I regret being introduced to.

The best experience I have ever had. I have a phobia from Dentists and have been jumping dentist because they were just too much. When I found this practice I was put at ease, the staff are very friendly and efficient. However,the dentist is on another level . He was patient with me and explained everything before starting any treatment also very professional. Je has been my dentist since 2019 and that is an achievement. I would recommend this practice to everyone who wants to have excellent t mouth hygiene and if you want your teeth to be looked after .

I have been using this Dentists and have been with Dr Benham for 9 years and he and his practice is very organised and efficient and you can always expect great results from a very clean and tidy workplace. Highly recommended!
