Really upsetting experience trying to book my companys volunteer day. We had to cancel the day we originally agreed to due to a company event. I understand this is frustrating and inconvenient but when I tried to book another day I was told how difficult this is. I then followed up twice before receiving a response, 4 weeks later saying youre now fully booked until the end of the year.
