Buying experience was fine. I love the car. They gave me a really good price for my part-exchange. I had lots of problems getting issues sorted out under the 3 month warranty. Eventually had to involve the CEO. Be VERY CAREFUL with the extended warranty. My reverse camera stopped working, and I've had problems with my sat-nav, and tried to claim under the extended warranty. Was told that software updates are not covered (even though terms and conditions do not state this). I will give them an opportunity to resolve this issue, otherwise it will be court action for breach of contract.

Not bad but dont just blindly trust their 300 point check. Specially if you buy via a third party. I had issues with bonnet latch, heated seats, doors not closing properly (all intermittent or rarely so when I first checked I didnt catch them) on a 1 year old car! Now that I got it via third party, I couldnt do much but was lucky to have manufacturer warranty. Update: dont buy with them at all, if something goes wrong youll not anywhere. Their customer support is virtually non-existent. No one knows they have a case you raised and no progress is made. Ive been chasing them for two months now.

Cazoo cancelled my subscription car. I done everything required for return of the vehicle. And now trying to take my full deposit and an extra amount for repair work done by the insurance company. Not myself. AVOID IF YOU CAN

Awful, Made an agreement as they listed the car wrong and then when showing proof they said they wouldnt honour what they agreed. The problems started with them as they listed the car wrong, false promises and then refusal of what they said.
