I want to thank James not only for helping me fix my bike's problem but for sharing his knowledge and responding to my questions on matters unrelated to ensure i was fully informed when making a decision around potential bike modifications. (the shop was busy with Saturday bike testing and yet I only waited five minutes before he came to help me)

So far, it has been the worst customer experience for a very long time. When we came to the store 2 hours before they closed, in the empty room without any customers and 3 or 4 employees, I feel that we're not a subject of their interest at all. When we finally got help of one of them, it was close to "when will you leave so I'll never see you here". We chose a kids' bike, and I tried to get advice on a road bike for myself but was cooled down :))) A delivery option from our store? Haven't heard of it. Finally we left, decided to come later to grab the bike. It was late and we didn't make it in time. So, no problem, I decided and ordered the same bike on their web site. It showed more then a week to deliver home, and I opted for delivery to Kings cross store, where it was displayed. When I placed the order, it said - expected delivery in 7 working days and No, you can't cancel or even change an address. So I came to the store a few days later and ask them to give me their displayed bike, while delivery is on the way. No, they said, we only could sell it to you second time. I wish there would be another player on the market who replaced them being flexible and customer targeted.

Yet again shocking service, went in to get a back wheel puncture sorted to be waited for over 15 mins and no one wanting to help. So, ended up leaving the place for good. Please pop into other cycling shops unless you have a lot of time to waste to be served
