I booked via Treatwell for a pedicure. They were not able to provide the service described and instead of issuing a refund, marked me as a 'no show' and have ignore my requests to resolve this.
I waited for 20 minutes to then be told the service described on Treatwell was not the service I would be getting. The 'pedicure' included no soaking of my feet and with a really strange set-up where my feet were super high. The staff member just said 'this is all we do on a Sunday'. The cuticle gel was applied for about 10 seconds before she started pushing my cuticles back - with no soaking and such a short time for the gel this was super painful. At this point the staff member and I agreed to end the service. Service: Pedicure
