Mechanic was very friendly and got the job done. This place is not in the centre of Clacton as the Google pin suggests but is actually in St. South, despite this I still went and due to the distance the mechanic dropped me back off in Clacton after I took my car in. Job took a little longer than anticipated as a part needed taking away to mend but JTM were professional about it and ensured it was being done and to a good standard.

Clueless staff... took an audi tt in for overheating issues, they had the car for almost 2 weeks and basically done nothing. Guy ended up asking me how to open the bonnet they decided that it needs a new relay for fan. I had to source the part as for some reason he wouldn't order it. After claiming they fixed it, went to collect it and was told it was 150 then I get there and decided if I pay card he needed to add VAT (trying to con me even more) when I got in the car I've notices they never even replaced the undertray (which should never have been removed in the first place) seriously don't waste your time or money.
