rather embarrassing customer service. spent thousands on bath and vanity which obviously took months to be available then had to be delivered immediately it was ready. delivered boxed and then when finally unwrapped fitted was scratched on the front. my wife called to ask about how best to repair and was offered a touch up kit for 20 and basically accused of lying- it cant be moved in the box . obviously like all products there is a disclaimer about unboxing but we really didnt want a vanity kicking about unwrapped in a spare bedroom so had no expectations of anything other than some simple customer service such as an apology and perhaps some help regarding how to repair. ho hum. be warned much like albion as a whole at present not very impressive.

We have finally installed our new bathroom with a bath and vanity unit from Albion, and we couldn't be happier. Lee was very helpful throughout helping us make the right choices for taps and spouts, the products arrived when we expected them and they are beautiful! Really impressed with how well the bath holds the water hot!

Moving home very soon and will definitely be heading back to Albion bath Co. We bought two bathroom suites from Albion a couple of years ago when renovating our current house, and the bathrooms are going to be one of the things we will miss the most. Quality is second to none, and they still look like new. Spoken with Lee recently about visiting the showroom again and as ever he has been extremely helpful. The whole team have been a pleasure to deal with and we wouldnt hesitate to recommend if you're looking for that special bathroom.
