        I have seen Shalina for a couple of years for a long standing issue. She is highly experienced and trained and knows what she is doing. She has set out a exercise plan which i tend to do for a bit then forget about till i have a flare up. Her personality is very calming and makes you feel relaxed and at ease, i would highly recommend her.
