Another lovely stay at Trewerry Mill, this time we stayed in the Granary which accommodated the 4 of us perfectly. Both properties are lovely and the location is ideal for us, nice and quiet with a lovely dog walks. The owners kindly allowed us to use their fields which our cocker spaniel loved bounding around in. The courtyard was perfect for relaxing in and secure too for the boss of the party to stretch his leg as in. It is a peaceful and very pretty neck of the woods . Our brothers were with us this time and they especially enjoyed delving into the history and locating the sites of the old railway and siding . Our only negative comment (more for feed back than criticism as it is very minor and wasnt an issue) is that a few more large dishes and plates may have been useful for serving up which would have enabled us to use the dishwasher without been left without any . We dont venture into Newquay but the location was central for visiting sites around Cornwall, all were within an hour including Mullion down on the Lizard which was a place we specifically wished to visit to see family there . We thoroughly recommend both the Granary and the Bowgie at Trewerry Mill and will no doubt visit again
