The pasties from L George Butchers have never disappointed.A lovely golden pastry filled with locally produced succulent pieces of meat nicely seasoned leave you with a subtle peppery feelingexcellent!!

I had a large steak and I have to say it was "bleddy lovely". The pastry was golden, cooked to perfection and literally melted in your mouth.
The filling was great, it couldn't have been cooked any better. The meat to veg ratio was spot on too. The meat was of good quality and cooked so it was just tender, not over cooked in the slightest.
I can highly recommend these pasties, one of the best I have ever had.
Whilst I was there I picked up some of their Hogs Pudding, Bacon and Traditional Pork sausages. If these are as good as the Pasties I am in for a real treat.
